No license record for Forestville's roofers sits in this tool yet, so we searched Google Maps instead. The 8 names below average 4.8 stars on 748 combined reviews. Write the number down anyway. A rating tells you nothing about whether it's current.
We sort this list by Google rating, pulled down a notch when the review count behind it is thin; it's a sort, not the license check this tool otherwise runs, so look that number up separately.

Before you let anyone on your {city} roof
Does the name on the bid match the name on the license exactly?
Is the license active, and when does it expire?
Does the company have a local address, or only a cell phone number and an out-of-state plate?
Did they contact you first, unprompted, right after a storm?
Are they asking for full payment, cash only, or a deposit before any paperwork is signed?
Will they give you a written, itemized estimate before you commit to anything?
